LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please make sure to send your packages to a secure address. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc), it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen in the delivery process or once it is delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify by emailing Info@theathleticsmvmt.com We'll review all cases and will do our best to send out a replacement order or issue a store credit if possible, up to $250.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Domestic orders typically ship within 2 days and arrive 5-10 days after your order is placed. For international orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to arrive. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a link to track your order, and another email once it ships. Trust us - it's worth the wait.
CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot. Email us ASAP at Info@theathleticsmvmt.com for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s already been placed.
